Students are required to participate in one co-curricular event per semester. Students should sign up for an activity using the college’s online co-curricular event system. If you would like to participate in an event not listed in the online co-curricular event system, please contact Dr. Bald PRIOR to participating in the event to get approval.
Students are required to write a reflection about the co-curricular event after participating in the activity. If you completed an event that was registered in the online co-curricular system, you will receive an email after the event that will provide instructions for completing the reflection. Save the reflection as a PDF and upload it below.
If you did not complete the reflection through the online system, choose four relevant key elements and write a reflection using the co-curricular event reflection form. Save the reflection as a PFD and upload it below.
Please upload the following documents so your mentor can review them prior to your meeting.
Once this form is submitted, a copy of the checklist and all uploaded documents will be automatically sent to your faculty mentor.
